When CCL was founded, realtors were seen as stodgy and old fashioned, working for the commission, doing whatever it took to make a buck. But David and Leslie had a different vision. They wanted to build a company where agents were matchmakers, not sales people, where LOVE was the starting point and the end goal, and where client happiness trumped all else. They knew, by focusing on LOVE, their reputation would lead the way, crafting one of the most successful teams in the Philadelphia region surrounded by cheering fans. They knew that when our team LOVES the work they do, then our clients LOVE their Realtor and fall in LOVE with their new home. But every road has its bumps, and in Philly, its potholes. After years with Prudential, and then Berkshire Hathaway, they realized their vision for success was not in line with the brokerage they were attached to. So, in 2016, risking everything, the Center City Listings team found a new home at a brand new brokerage, where they could have a hand in creating the culture, and KWPhilly was born.

Now, 20 years after founding, the team has grown from a couple of young realtors to a team of over 25 agents and a full support staff, but the vision hasn’t changed. In partnership with Keller Williams, an international brand that embodies the same commitment to service and LOVE we do, we’ve seen our success grow to include national recognition as one of the top teams in the nation, across all brokerages.

So where do we go from here? Up. Always. With the expanding team comes the need to expand our work space, and so, in the future we will be moving to space custom designed for the Center City Listings team and we’ll be launching a brand new level of services to our clients.
